Have you tried RentACoder? I also had a lot of luck finding talented Flash designers (on a budget) at www.designcontest.net
You know any good 3D flash ppl? its better to go on someones ref.
I have a good gift idea: condoms.
We should be able to give an HD-TV... panties/boxers... bras (when people give you a lot of beer, you can give them your bra)... shoes (for the ladies)... IPOD...
