Hey Ali or Pimpin, can you please explain to me why people in the UK cannot access the surveys, all we get is an apology and then redirection to Neilson. Now as Xuqa do not mention Neilson in their blurb, how do we know to trust it? How do we get hold of peanuts, when all the options available seem to cater for the US only. Cheers, Baz.

Also. one other thing about the peanuts, how come some of the Xuqan's have in excess of 5 million peanuts, when 99% of us have next to none? Oh, and your leveling up system does not work efficiently (progress needs to be defined by more exacting criteria), and to gain medals looks almost impossible. Now the medals thing I understand, you want to keep them out of reach, but they are not truly attainable to most users, so most users will not attempt to get them, maybe they should be made easier (but not too easy) to get. Just a thought.

One final thing and this is a biggie. According to your rules, the minumum age for application to Xuqa is 13, with the maximum 26 (Way to low, i'm 37 and a student, and was on here before the change with no issue, but now i'm officially too old).

Now you are heavily promoting poker on this site, initially with peanuts, but this is still gambling, and your minimum age limit must increase to at least 18, to allow for this fact. You can argue that the poker on here is just a bit of fun, but the playing of the game on here will lead to players playing for real, using real currency.

You are not covered for any lawsuit, as you minimum age limit hints at its acceptance. Now maybe I dont know the full details, but from what I have read and seen, you could be pushing younger people into gambling, which may cause significant problems to a minority in later life. Please look into this, or at least put me straight regarding the rules. Thanks Baz.

reading barry...thanks for writing good posts. they are all good points.

1. we have not been able to find a good survey partner in the UK yet. I am still looking and working to find a supplier so we can get surveys in the UK. Until then, we will run atleast one xuqa survey per week in the UK to get people some peanuts. You can trust Nielson for now too.

2. The 5 million peanuts are mostly from US users, and they are usually people who are VERY good at poker. They beat alsmost everyone, and take their peanuts.

3. Baz, good point about poker. My take on this is that poker is very prevalent anyway, and sooner or later most people will try real poker. What we do is give them a fun, harmless way to play poker with their friends. If they lose, they don't lose their savings or house. Just peanuts.

4. I will increase max age limit. thanks for pointing that out.
