When you remove (It's good when adding) someone from your friend list If he/she has protected his/her profile It redirects you to an error page to add him/her to see the profile again!

Do not make me laugh, why does this site persist in pushing the faith of its people.
Talk to us, involve us, if you have a problem within the site software / hardware, or even if you have loads, stop letting us bear the brunt of it.
You have a good site here, spoilt by a lack of communication, and issues which should have been sorted by now. If you are going to push poker, have rooms that work 24/7, not rooms that work a bit here or a bit there.
Now I understand that there may be more than a few issues ongoing at any given time, and you may all be struggling just to keep the thing going, but we do not know that, all we see is the faults.
Maybe you should shut the site down for a few days, have a go at finally sorting the problems, or if a relaunch is due, push out the bugs before going live.
Oh and whats the deal with the marketing info for 3000 peanuts, why do you need this information, except for finaising your demographic reach.
If you plan to sell the site as a going concern, customer retention must be an issue of value. Sort the problems, thus making yourself more money through increased footfall.

Barry, we're working our best to fix issues. Its just that Xuqa is a lot more complicated than your standard site. =) Do know we dont sleep much at night and work 24/7 to keep the site clean and working... we don't always succeed, but please chear with us. Last night was a hardware failure. not much we could do about that. Its all fixed now.

XUQA is pretty cool. The people I spoke to there of ok. One of the moderators (Gorman) is unfair and plays favorite with his girls. But, Overall I'd give it a B with him. An A without him. I would recommend it.
